Return Right

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt of the item. To return a product, it must be in the same condition as you received it unused, with labels remaining and in the original packaging.

If the consumer initiates the order cancellation before the delivery time and within the time period allowed for order cancellation as stipulated on the website, the order can be cancelled.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved returns are refunded within 14 working days using the same payment method used in the purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a free refund or refund.
